An academic known for his contributions to the fields of thermal engineering and renewable energy systems. He completed his master’s degree in mechanical engineering in record time, modifying a well-known equation for designing pin-fin heat exchangers — published in the ASME Journal of Heat Transfer.
His Ph.D research pioneered a programming solution for computational FEM applied in designing solar absorbers. He was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship and held research/teaching positions at prominent institutions.
